1. Support & Commitment I/We pledge to support the Brazilian Soccer School/Academy, its Board Officials, Head Coach, Club Manager, and all program members.
2. Attendance & Communication I/We agree to plan our schedules so that practices, games, and events—both on-base and off-base—can be attended to the best of our ability. If my/our child cannot attend any practice or game, I/we will notify the coach, club manager, and/or team manager as soon as possible.
3. Payments & Refund Policy I/We agree to pay the school/academy fees on time. These fees support team-related costs, including but not limited to coaching fees, equipment, field maintenance, and off-base field rentals. I/We understand that once payments are made and funds are committed, refunds will not be issued. The BSS/BSA Board may consider unforeseen emergency situations.
4. Late Payments & Participation I/We understand that if season fees are not paid by the announced deadline, the player(s) will not be permitted to attend practices or events until payment is completed. I/We also understand that a late fee will be added if payment is not made by the deadline.
5. Sideline Behavior & Coaching Boundaries I/We agree not to engage in sideline coaching, as it may confuse players or conflict with the coach’s instructions. Cheering and positive support are welcome. Any concerns will be communicated directly to the team manager.
6. Base Rules & Player Expectations I/We agree to follow all base rules regarding appropriate behavior for parents and adults involved in youth sports. I/We will review the Player Agreement with our child/children to ensure they understand what is expected of them.
7. Exclusivity & Program Commitment While my/our child is enrolled in the Brazilian Soccer School/Academy, I/We agree that he/she will not try out for or participate in another soccer team, soccer school, or academy program unless the Coach or BSC Board has been notified.
8. Communication with Staff If I/We have any questions or concerns, I/We will communicate directly with the coaches or staff.
Photo and Video Release
I/We grant permission to the Brazilian Soccer Club to use photographs and/or videos of my/our child for club promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and other media, unless I/We explicitly provide written notice opting out.
Code of Conduct
I/We understand that any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Head Coach or Board Officials—such as unsportsmanlike conduct, inappropriate language, or disrespect toward referees, coaches, or other parents—may result in disciplinary actions, including temporary or permanent suspension from attending practices or games.
